My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room overlooked a beautiful courtyard and was close to the lake and fountain, offering a serene atmosphere. It was exceptionally clean and convenient, with an amazing bed featuring some of the softest pillows and blankets. However, I felt like it was miles away from the lift. The service was friendly and professional, although a bit hands-off initially. The location was fantastic, ideal for exploring the city, but a bit difficult to find in the shopping gallery. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows, and I ultimately chose to eat outside the hotel. The facilities were great overall.
